Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the http://www.segroup.com.ph website and the segroup mobile application operated by South East Group.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our online store, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your company information or personal information for our validation.

Content

Our Service allows you to view our company history, our products and service, our promos and our job openings here in South East Group. We prohibited viewers to copyright the contents in this website.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by South East Group.

 

South East Group has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 calendar days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Terms and Condition in Purchasing Items

Ordering Process

Placing an Order – Send us private message with complete details together with the chosen item send it to [email protected] or [email protected]. Or you may fill up the customer inquiry form and our customer service representative will feedback you within the day.

Payment Options

Online Banking and OTC (Over the Counter payment)

Online Banking. Transfer money to our bank details. Once we received the payment and verify we will process your order and Official Receipt Issuance.

Over the Counter payment. If you wish to deposit your payment, you may reach us thru email or phone for the bank details. Copy of the deposit slip/ official receipt of payment must be sent to us for verification and Official Receipt issuance.

 

Store Pick-up

Payment can be made upon pick up of the item.

 

Note: Copy of the Tax Withheld Form must be collectively attached to the payment and should inform our Customer representative.

Shipping Terms

Delivery Lead time will be 3-4 days upon receipt of P.O (depending on product availability)

Delivery Charge

1 to 2 Drums

Delivery Charge of ₱600.00 will be applied if within Metro Manila, or P600.00 on top of the provincial delivery rate if outside Metro Manila

 

3 to 6 Drums

Free Delivery within Metro Manila. A Delivery Charge will be applied if delivery is outside Metro Manila. Applicable for One Site/ One Drop Only. (Single P.O only)

 

7 Drums and Up

Free Delivery within Metro Manila, and nearby provinces (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan and Pampanga) Applicable for One Site/ One Drop Only. (Single P.O only)

 

*Delivery Charge Outside Metro Manila: (If minimum order required does not meet, rate will be applied)

            PHP 1,500 –    Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna

            PHP 2,500 –    Pampanga, Clark, Tarlac and Batangas

PHP 3,500 –    Subic and Tarlac

Note: All delivery during Holidays will be multiplied by two (2).

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only applicable when orders are within the “Payment Complete” status which takes place prior to product shipment.

Inspection / Product Defect

Client reserves the right to inspect the item on the Delivery Date. At its sole option, may reject all or any portion of the items if it determines that the items are defective or non-conforming. Should there be any defects on products received. Kindly contact the Customer Service Representative to proceed with replacement/ warranties of the item.

Return/ Exchange

No return/ No exchange policy, once item/s are delivered and payment are already settled. Except if the items are defective and need to be replaced. Or if the payment is already settled but client wants to change the item with the same price or higher than the previous item prior to the delivery date are valid.

Confidential Information

All client information is strictly confidential and cannot be disclosed to non-authorized personnel here in South East Group. Any violation and overused of this information are subject to penalty or suspension.

Warranties

It may vary depending on the product purchase. Please note that some products may not be covered by warranty. Nevertheless, should the product be covered by warranty, the buyer must bear the cost of international shipping.
